Kinesiology

In the subtle flow of life, kinesiology invites you to journey towards greater autonomy, listening to all aspects of your being. It opens a space to reveal untapped resources and rediscover harmony of body, heart, and mind.

Being

Through kinesiology and flower therapy, I encourage the exploration of your own resources, in order to support you in achieving your desired changes in your life.

Respecting the pace of the awareness process is essential. This allows us to act on the physical and energetic levels, in a holistic way.

I observe that this way of working allows the client to update their own experiences, which I consider fundamental on the path to autonomy.

The therapeutic process does not seek to erase the past, but to transform the way we look at it.

By changing the way we perceive lived events, we reactivate our natural self-regulation capacities, deepen our self-understanding and regain the freedom to act differently, more in accordance with who we are.

I incorporate this gentle method so that at the end of the session, the client can have a personalized prescription with a mixture of flowers that correspond to them at the moment in order to support them daily in the integration.

Lithotherapy

A holistic healing method based on the ancient art of energetic vibrational resonances of stones, crystals and minerals to improve physical, emotional and mental well-being.

How a session unfolds : Ale la vie

In my practice, I support this transformational movement by integrating different approaches to kinesiology and enriched by Flower Therapy and Lithotherapy according to the client's needs.

The session lasts between 1 hour 15 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes and takes place in 3 stages

Encounter

In an atmosphere of trust, respect, and empathy, I welcome the client and invite them to share their life story, their current situation, their difficulties, and their reasons for seeking help. This exchange allows me to better understand their needs and lay the foundation for personalized support.

Process

The session continues with the implementation of the method best suited to the situation and the objectives defined together, in order to promote the perception of self and body, and to explore its resources to accompany the person towards a more conscious interiority adapted to the demands of life.

Integration

A time to integrate what emerged during the session, to support the change, to anchor new approaches in daily life and new behaviors, and to plan the next steps in the therapeutic process.
